CACL( Campaign Against Child Labor) Mysore rescued 11 year old Sameer who was found on Thursday with his hands and legs chained in a bylane of Shaktinagar, Mysore. All because he didn’t obey his uncle’s orders to got to work. CACL along withe the Police rescued Sameer and arrested Asgar his Uncle. Sameer a School Dropout has been sent to the Juvenile Home for Boys.
